Gill Stansfield


I am a leisure road and off road cyclist with a passion for exploring. I have led rides for friends and social groups for several years and enjoy encouraging and helping others to get out on their bicycles and explore new routes and scenery. I undertook the CTC ride leaders course in 2015 and prior to that led some rides for women in Oxford. My work in the health care industry involves a considerable amount of coaching and leadership skills.

Other activities I enjoy include hiking, dancing, pilates and travelling.

I am a comprehensively qualified Pilates teacher with more than 12 years experience, teaching on both mat and studio equipment and focusing predominantly on health challenges. I use Pilates not only to benefit my cycling but also for personal everyday health issues.
