AGM 4 November 2018 11am, ride from Broad Street 9:30am

Sunday, 4 November 2018 - 10:30am

Eynsham Cricket Club Cassington Rd, Eynsham, Oxfordshire OX29 4LF

We are once again combining the Annual General Meeting with our usual Sunday ride, though you are welcome to make your own way to the venue, where refreshments will be served from 10:30am and where there is ample parking space. For riders, we will leave from Broad Street at 9:30am. As usual, you can choose to ride home after the meeting, or join us for lunch at a local pub.

If you wish to propose any motions for discussion, you should email our secretary with the details by Saturday 27 October: secretary@oxfordcycling.uk. These details should include your membership number and the name and membership number of a seconder.

Please remember to bring your Cycling UK membership card or your membership number to the meeting.

All members of the current committee have expressed their wish to continue to serve for the forthcoming year. You can see their details here on this website.
