SATURDAY coffee ride to Brightwell-cum-Sotwell
Saturday, 22 September 2018 - 9:30am
Ride or Event Navigation
PLEASE NOTE - this ride has been changed to SATURDAY.
White bread rolls only at The Black Horse.
A former woodcutter’s cottage, The Black Horse in Checkendon is situated on the lower slopes of the Chiltern Hills. Expect to find horses, walkers and mountain bikers. But don’t expect a roast lunch – it’s (white bread) rolls only.
Originally planned as a full-day Sunday ride, but changed to a half-day Saturday ride due to the bad weather. At least that meant we could spend more time chatting over coffee and cakes.
