Scenic route mostly along quiet back roads into the Chilterns with some hills between Watlington and Ewelme and lunch at the Cheese Shed at Nettlebed.
Ride report
A fairer late September day for a bike ride could not be recalled by most of us! We had a few climbs and mostly quiet back roads before coffee and superb cake at the Spire & Spoke at Watlington. Ten of us headed up the Christmas Common climb and into the Chilterns for lunch at the Cheese Shed while nine had an easier, flatter but no less sunny ride back to Oxford. Thanks to everyone who came along!
