Ride report
There was some discussion as to whether the road to Woodeaton might be flooded, but we decided to give it a go. As it turned out, that was the wrong decision. The road was under nine inches of water for more than a mile, and we had no alternative but to struggle on. Using a high gear and pedalling half a circle just about kept our feet dry (dryish). But several (who were unaware of the “half-circle” trick) headed for home with soaked feet.
