Sunday ride to Woodstock and Barford St Michael

The last time we planned lunch at The George Inn we had to make do with a picnic, as it turned out they were no longer serving lunches. The pub has recently been refurbished and we are looking forward to a more successful visit to this lovely spot, sandwiched between the lanes of the honey-coloured villages in the area.
Ride report
Interesting bridleway north of Woodstock that was new to some and easily negotiated on road bikes. The track continues north for another 5-6 km, but we turned left at the B4027 – so that’s to explore another day.
